• Course activity data including enrollments, progress, and completion behavior.
• Payment routing metadata needed for mentor payouts to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Support communications and technical logs to improve security and reliability.

2. Why we collect information

• To provide course publishing, enrollment, and lifetime access functionality.
• To route student payments directly to mentor Mobile Financial Service accounts.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to user accounts.
• To maintain product quality and bilingual support for English and Bangla users.

3. Payment processing model

Edumania does not take commission from course sales. Mentor payments are transferred directly through supported MFS channels. We process only the minimum data required to complete and verify these transactions.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers for security, hosting, compliance, and payment routing purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain account and course records as long as needed to provide services, enforce legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Users can request account deletion subject to legal and fraud-prevention exceptions.
